Flowzora is a workflow automation studio under oneProductLab. We work with startups, SMBs and growing teams who’ve outgrown manual process but don’t want another rigid platform to fight against.

Niraj builds backend and AI systems for a living — FastAPI services, async data pipelines, and production LLM applications. Before starting Flowzora he built a financial analytics platform covering 10,000+ stock symbols, and worked as a machine learning engineer at C-DAC on adversarial ML, formal verification and model monitoring.
Engagements are led and built by the same person who scopes them. That’s the whole reason a studio this size can promise systems you’ll actually be able to maintain.

What we believe
The simplest mechanism that works
A rule beats a model when a rule will do. We use the least clever thing that reliably does the job, because operations reward boring reliability.
Legible by default
If a system can’t be drawn, explained and handed over, it isn’t finished. Documentation is part of the build, not an afterthought.
Honest about evidence
We label concept and internal builds as exactly that. We’d rather show real, modest results than borrowed credibility.

Questions about the studio
How big is the team?
Small on purpose. Engagements are led by the founder and delivered with a handful of engineers, which means the person who scopes your system is the person who builds it. We take on fewer projects than a larger agency and stay closer to each one.
How new is Flowzora?
New, and we say so rather than implying a decade of history we do not have. The engineering behind it is not new: the founder has spent his career building production backend and machine learning systems, and everything published on this site is labeled honestly for what it is.
What is oneProductLab?
oneProductLab is the parent organization Flowzora operates under. Flowzora is the studio focused specifically on operations and workflow automation.
