Approach

Working software early. A system you own at the end.

No three-month discovery, no black box. You see automation working within weeks.

A support request, handled end to end

STEP 01

Map

We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens today — every hand-off, tool and workaround. You get a clear diagram of the current process and where it leaks time.

STEP 02

Scope

Before a line of code exists, you get the build plan and a fixed price in writing. Scope is agreed up front and the number does not move — if the work runs long, that is ours to absorb, not yours to fund.

STEP 03

Build

We build the system in short, visible increments. You see working automation early and often, not a big reveal at the end. Everything is documented as it ships.

STEP 04

Prove

New automation runs alongside the existing manual process on real data, so you can compare the two before trusting it. Nothing is switched over on the strength of a demo.

STEP 05

Hand over

We leave you with systems you own and understand: runbooks, diagrams and a walkthrough. The automation keeps running after we’re gone — that’s the point.

STEP 06

Keep it running

Automation breaks quietly when the business around it changes. Some clients keep us on to watch it and adapt it; others take it in-house from day one. Both are fine — you own the system either way.

What you get

A map before a build

A clear diagram of your current process and where it leaks time — useful even if you never build a thing with us.

Systems, documented

Runbooks and architecture diagrams, written as we go, so the automation isn’t trapped in one person’s memory.

A clean hand-over

A walkthrough and ownership of everything we build. Run it, change it, or bring us back — your choice, not a lock-in.

Why a studio, not…

Where we fit.

vs. a freelancer

Continuity and documentation. Systems that survive one person moving on.

vs. a large consultancy

Senior people do the building. Weeks, not quarters. No slide decks.

vs. a generic AI agency

We start from the problem, not from “let’s add an agent.”

Start with one workflow.
